COMPENSATION:
? Base: $62,500 to $72,500
? Incentives: Performance based
? Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package

OVERALL:
? Dynamic, growing doctors group is looking for a Finance Manager with financial experience in physician groups or hospital environments.
? General knowledge of billing and accounts receivable issues, cost management and behavior and revenue determination required.
? Reports to CFO and works with the Group's Controller
? Experience with reimbursement methodology helpful. Must have good Excel, writing and communication skills.
? Permanent position preferred, but part-time position to consider.
